Operational draft. Business contact details, returns policy and data retention periods must be completed before launch.

Orders and payments

Customers may choose full payment or an available staged payment plan at checkout. The first payment is due at checkout. The schedule, amounts and payment method must be accepted before submitting an order.

Automatic deductions

If selected, the customer authorises the payment provider to collect payments according to the agreed schedule. Deductions can fail; check order status and contact the store for help. Do not enrol in the same plan repeatedly.

Shipping

Orders are processed for shipping only after full payment is confirmed and any review holds are cleared.

Cancellations and returns

Contact the store to request a cancellation or return. Admin must review transactions and stop future collections with the payment provider where applicable. Return periods and conditions will be published before launch.
